mod-rewrite-mod_write似乎被最新的httpd升级破坏了

作为测试，我们无法在任何其他rhel5服务器上复制此内容。我们已经注释掉了配置中的重写规则，依靠index.html文件来处理<head>标记中的重定向，但没有用。我已经在apache上启用并查看了服务器状态页，进程被困在回复阶段，并且它们没有被记录在任何apache日志中（错误、访问、什么都没有）。我已经将代码库移到了一个单独的目录中，并且能够在另一个目录中成功重定向到它，而无需任何重写规则（依赖于前面提到的index.html文件）。我用一个简单的index.html文件重新创建了有问题的目录，但它无法加载。我还能够在apache的文档根目录中创建一个任意目录，并在其中放置一个简单的index.html文件，该文件可以正确加载，只有那个特定的目录才有问题。我们确实坐在bluecoat代理服务器后面，但我已经通过在直接访问服务器时复制问题，将其从可能性列表中删除。我们已经回滚了apache的版本，并试图通过进行部分更新来在其他服务器上重新创建它，以查看是否有任何特定的包导致了它，但未能成功复制该问题。
