问题现已解决。有一些问题与我的python变量，我已经设置到其他目录。一旦设置了python变量，它就会在我的Visual Studio中抛出一些错误，说找不到"stdio.h"。我不得不修复我的Visual Studio安装，因为我认为c++核心库存在一些问题。Oracledb安装成功。真是松了一口气!
