Steve提到的是问题的根源，所以我只会为无法进行异常处理的情况添加一个变通方法。在类似的场景中，我需要注册一个依赖于注册表中存储的设置的实用程序。如果没有这些设置，该实用程序就无法注册，所以我绝对希望事情按顺序进行。

解决方法是不在zcml中注册实用程序，而是在以下订阅者中注册：

collective.lead已被http://pypi.python.org/pypi/z3c.saconfig它允许您在zcml中定义数据库连接。它可以与http://pypi.python.org/pypi/collective.saconnect如果您需要一个控制面板来配置连接。

注册表是一个本地组件。每个Plone网站（数据库中可能有很多）都有自己的网站。所以，这取决于上下文。

Zope在遍历过程中（将URL连接到对象）计算出上下文。这（相当）意味着您只能在请求的上下文中查找注册表。因此，您无法在启动代码中查找注册表。

这可能会导致编写代码的问题。一种解决方案是将查找嵌入到try/except中，如果您还没有遍历上下文，该try/exception可以优雅地处理查找异常。
