什么有效：
OWA从内部和外部工作；
除了一些发送到特定域（小公司）的电子邮件外，入站/出站电子邮件还来自公司内外。（使用Gmail帐户testconnectivity.microsoft.com进行了测试，并收到了一些大公司的电子邮件被收到的确认，例如hp.com）
除了CU9更新外，在更新之前没有任何更改。
在询问之前，我在网上搜索了很多，但都无济于事。我猜大多数问题都是因为ECP不起作用。
有没有人以前遇到过这个问题，并且知道如何解决它？

经过大量研究，我最终在IIS中重建了.net文件夹和AppPool实体。主要问题是IIS AppPools没有指向正确的ECP站点等。
现在它工作得很好。
