PHP表单工作得很好，但没有文件扩展名

Question

当我使用我制作的这个表单时，它可以完美地发送文件，除了…它关闭了分机。我知道我发送了什么扩展名，所以我能够看到文件没有损坏，但我的客户不知道他们得到的是什么扩展名(有5种可能)，这将是不专业的。我怎样才能做到这一点，以便向客户发送具有正确扩展名的文件。正确的名称也很好，但不是必须的。
