MapView注解不可点击，也不显示细节

Question

1-我使用以下代码，但我的自定义引脚不显示气泡，就像他们应该默认我的位置引脚。2-是否有一种方法来自定义我的位置引脚改变颜色从默认的蓝色到红色，或者增加它的动画圆半径?
