before running grunt
eg: file1.html
<script type='text/ng-template' id=''>
     <div>Couple of other dive tags</div>
</script>
after running grunt the id filed should have an if which is the file name
eg: file1.html
<script type='text/ng-template' id='file1.html'>
     <div>Couple of other dive tags</div>
</script>
