是的，它是DICOM综合SR(结构化报告)文档，没有DICOM图像。正如"whiskeyspider"所写，不能用DICOM查看器显示它的一个原因可能是不支持SR文档(或这个特定的SOP类)。另一个原因可能是SR文档无效(不符合DICOM标准的要求)。一个问题是Content Item 1.3.1中的Date (0040,A121)值为空:
