您可以使用MD标志编译libcef_dll_wrapper.lib，CefSharp项目使用使用MD编译的版本。重新编译相对容易，只需要cmake，从cefbuilds.com下载二进制文件，生成VS项目文件，将其修改为使用MultiThreaded，然后重新编译。根据您需要的版本，您可以下载Configuration Properties/C/C++/Command Line/Additional Options1使用的Nuget包，并提取预编译版本。
