我自己发现了问题所在。
代码是干净的100%
但我在火力基地中注册了错误的捆绑 ID。
在我的苹果开发者页面中，当我制作我的捆绑ID时，例如：com.mysite.myapp，由于某种原因，它用COM.mysite.myapp替换了它。
这就是为什么它没有收到消息的原因。
