正确的预期输出应该是final

,其余行对于cor

的值为NA

但是它给出了一个输出

finaltable

如果我删除nomatch参数,不匹配不会发生。我试图找出究竟是什么原因导致这种行为,因为我有很多代码/数据分析使用这个,不知道可能的意外行为的确切原因,降低了我对迄今为止生成的所有数据的信心。

我试着去研究nomatch的定义/行为,在上面的用法中没有发现太多。如果有人能给点解释,那就太有帮助了。

应该可以:

merge(cortable, finaltable, by=c('tickerkey'))[,list(tickerkey,ticker1,ticker2,cor)]

或者

cortable[finaltable][!is.na(cor)][,list(tickerkey,ticker1,ticker2,cor)]

后一种方法假定您已经设置了键,而第一种方法则不影响是否设置了键。
