您需要brew install gtk+3。执行cabal install gtk将只安装gtk的Haskell绑定。也就是说，当你尝试安装gtk（你不需要）时，你得到构建错误的原因是你错过了-fhave-quartz-gtk标志，这是mac所需要的。
