詹金斯码头工人插件作业"Permission denied"错误

我在Ubuntu 14.04机器上有一个CI环境，安装了Jenkins、Gitlab和docker运行时。我配置了一个项目myprojecthelloworld（一个java/maven项目）和一个相应的jenkins作业，包括调用以下目标

Invoke top-level Maven targets
clean package docker:build -DskipTests

jenkins作业失败，出现以下错误：

如果我只把clean package任务留给maven（也就是说，删除docker:build-plugin并保持其他一切不变），那么项目的构建就没有问题，所以我很确定我的Jenkins+Jdk+maven+Gitlab配置应该不会有任何问题。

此外，如果我在我的开发机器mvn clean package docker:build上启动，这也能正常工作，正确地为我的项目创建一个docker映像。这应该排除pom.xml或我的Dockerfile中docker-maven插件配置中的问题。

在docker插件说明页面中https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Docker+插件有一个提示，我必须设置

DOCKER_OPTS="-H tcp://0.0.0.0:4243 -H unix:///var/run/docker.sock"

在/etc/default/docker文件中。我做了，但什么都没变。

直接在/etc/default/docker 中添加DOCKER_OPTS=' -G jenkins'
