问题是引起的,因为您在单个循环中进行窗口顺序和绘图的计算。
如果窗口的位置已更改,则可以省略窗口的绘制,而另一个窗口的绘制则两次。注意,数组wins中的窗口索引更改。

将图形和更新窗口更新到2个单独的方法:
