好消息，我解决了我的问题。

第一步是删除libapache-mod-wsgi-py3并安装libapache-mod-wsgi(在我尝试期间，我重新安装了wsgi-py3-package几次，似乎我最后一次重新安装修复了不知何故…)

apt-get remove libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3
apt-get install libapach2-mod-wsgi-py3
apt-get autoremove
