记录与单词搬运距离和bert插入的相似性



我正在尝试使用基于Google bert的Word Embeddings来计算两个任意文档的文档相似性(最近)。为了从伯特获取单词嵌入,我使用bert-as-a服务。文档相似性应基于python wmd-relax软件包基于文字传播距离。

不幸的是,计算在距离计算中的尺寸不匹配而失败: ValueError: shapes (812,1,768) and (768,1,812) not aligned: 768 (dim 2) != 1 (dim 1)

bert-as-service输出的形状为(batch_size,sequence_len,embedding_dimension。在您的情况下,sequence_len为1,因为您正在汇总结果。

现在,您可以使用numpy.ndarraytranspose方法对另一个进行转换。
