Spring JavaConfig配置异常:配置默认servlet处理需要servlet上下文

这是与本SO Post中指定的错误相同的错误，但是接受的响应似乎表明refresh()对于rootContext应该可以正常工作。我不是这样的。我不确定为什么这是一个错误。

我在一些地方读到，你可以将@Configuration类传递给构造函数，而不是调用refresh()方法，但我不确定那是哪个构造函数。AnnotationConfigWebApplicationContext()没有这样的构造函数，所以我有点困惑。
