dotnetcore3.1webapi开发sql连接在服务器上失败

我在macbook上用dotnet内核3.1开发了一个web api。我使用

Scaffold-DbContext "Connection String" Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer -OutputDir Models

以连接到服务器上的现有数据库在本地，我的调试一切正常。我可以连接远程数据库，并可以使用现有的连接字符串获取数据

当我将项目发布到任何服务器(windows或linux(时，我都会收到开头写的错误。我可以使用端口号远程登录到数据库服务器。我可以从任何地方用任何其他应用程序访问数据库。

我通过尝试用python从远程服务器连接数据库找到了解决方案。我得到了一个错误，看起来与此异常不相似。它表示，服务器中的开放ssl配置不允许低于tls1.2。因此，我将openssl重新配置为1.1，它就开始工作了。
