是否可以将NTP服务器配置为允许任何传入IP从中同步，而不指定范围和网络？

您可以使用：

 restrict default limited notrap nomodify nopeer noquery

或者：

 restrict default kod limited notrap nomodify nopeer noquery

后一个config语句允许使用KOD数据包，而前者只是不响应超过默认限制的客户端。我认为向行为不端的客户发送KOD没有任何意义，所以我使用前者。
