Android 10 增加了执行 BLE 扫描和检测 BLE 信标的新权限要求- 任何应用设置targetSdkVersion 29或更高版本都需要获得如下所述的权限，否则不会检测到信标。 (如果您设置了targetSdkVersion 28或更早版本，则在 Android 10 上运行时，这些新要求不适用，因为 Android 会自动授予权限。 这允许旧应用程序在升级到 Android 10 后继续运行而不受影响。
