我遇到了同样的问题，发现"PYTHONPATH"系统变量导致了问题。所以我删除了环境变量，它工作正常。幸运的是，我没有使用这些变量，因为我的开发环境处于远程状态。

因此，请尝试从环境变量列表中删除"PYTHONHOME"或"PYTHONPATH"并启动应用程序。
