动画一个旋转的精灵环



我想做一款iOS应用,我有一些cocos2d的专业知识。我已经搜索了很多,但我发现的是CSS实现这个动画使用webkit,我不知道任何其他语言,除了C,Objective C, VHDL。

1-我如何在cocos2d或任何其他框架中制作这个动画。

2-我如何使它与触摸交互

我可以让它互动,但我需要指针如何使这个动画。我的想法是手动缩放和移动每个精灵,并改变其不透明度,以创造这种效果,但这将花费很多时间。
