更改依赖项块以设置编译时依赖项，并删除不需要的 groovy 依赖项：

Grails已经提供了适当的Groovy版本，所以你不需要提供它。 代码编译需要 POI 依赖项，因此它们应该是编译时依赖项。

如果这不能解决您的问题，那么GGTS至少可能无法正确下载依赖项，但我怀疑情况会如此。
