boto3 python 2.7 导入错误：站点包USER_BASE USER_SITE没有名为 boto3 的模块不存在

当pip或pip3显示已安装时，为什么python找不到boto3。

我在 Mac 机器上。在使用/没有sudo的情况下尝试了PIP/PIP3。尝试更改路径变量，但没有路径，但没有运气。

我前几天遇到了同一问题。我在Mac上安装了Python 2.7（默认情况下，我认为）。然后，我安装了Homebrew，并用它来获取最新版本的Python设置：
brew install python
