在OnCreate()中，您的view尚未按照xml参数创建。所以你必须在你的视图中添加addOnGlobalLayoutListener()，一旦view被创建，你就会在listener中得到你的尺寸。

iv.getViewTreeObserver().addOnGlobalLayoutListener(new OnGlobalLayoutListener() {

public void onGlobalLayout() {
