Android NestedScrollView 的子视图忽略首次点击

我在我的片段中使用协调器布局以及NestedScrollView用于崩溃工具栏动画。我正在动态地添加视图到我的嵌套Scrollview容器。我已经在NestedScrollView内部的视图上实现了onClickListener，但是任何视图上的第一次点击总是被忽略。当我点击第二次或更多次时，它就会起作用。我的XML代码如下:

似乎NestedScrollView第一次拦截触摸事件而没有传递给子事件。如何解决此问题?

我也有同样的bug。支持库版本升级到27.0.1后，错误消失。
