从某个元素继续迭代二维数组



我正在创建一个单词搜索游戏,但我被算法卡住了。我需要在类似表格的数据结构中查找单词的出现情况。我选择使用一个二维数组,我知道它的长度和高度。我的想法是寻找单词的第一个字母,如果发现的话,可以向所有可能的方向寻找。我无法理解的是,在找到第一个字母后,如何开始搜索。我想将第一个字母的位置传递给将在所有方向上搜索的方法。以下是我目前所拥有的:
