Your anti-virus program might be impacting your build performance. Android Studio checked the following directories:

我的卡巴斯基是德语，所以措辞可能不准确：

Settings -> 
Threats and Exclusions (it's the 3rd menu-item) ->
configure exclusions (next to thumbs-up symbol).
I entered all suggested directories and just excluded the component AMSI- 
protection for each.

如果您的PC上也有Windows Defender，则需要将这些文件夹添加到以下下的例外：

"Windows 安全中心->病毒和威胁防护->排除项->添加或删除排除项"

这对我有用，我也有第三方防病毒软件ESET，但我认为卡巴斯基的过程是一样的
