我预计,如果您先添加photo1的OWLDeclarationAxiom s(看起来像是使用getAxioms(AxiomType<Declaration>)检索的),然后添加其ABoxAxioms,您可能会得到您期望的结果。

您正在创建一个缓冲推理机,其中第一次调用推理机工厂;然后您将公理正确地添加到本体中,但推理器在调用reasoner.flush()之前不会看到更新。

您可以使用相同的工厂创建一个非缓冲推理器(请参阅OWLReasonerFactory.createNonBufferingReasoner()),但这可能会对性能产生影响,因为每次更改时都可能会重新分类。
