您是正确的，这与rstudio/bookdown＃15有关。根本原因是 ggiraph 使用临时目录来创建小部件的HTML依赖关系，并且R将清理出口上的临时目录。由于您使用了new_session: yes，因此在单独的R会话中编译了RMD；您的HTML小部件是在此处创建的，但实际上是在稍后渲染的（在该R会话退出之后）。到要渲染时，临时目录已经消失了。
因此，您必须在使用 ggiraph 和new_session: yes之间进行选择。你不能同时拥有。
