在回顾了几个答案并亲自尝试之后…

确保:

• 您的脚本没有命名为tweepy.py

• Tweepy是通过pip安装的

• 尝试导入OAuthHandler

  from tweepy import OAuthHandler

• 你删除你的.pyc文件后尝试另一个解决方案(这是我失败的地方)

您的文件名不应该是tweepy.py。
