但例如http://www.nitrxgen.net/hashgen/使用密码"测试",我从未从进度中获得结果。。

CRC-16有几个实现。Progress软件(故意)没有记录使用了哪种变体。
你找这个有什么用?
与其尝试使用"encode",我建议学习OE的加密功能。我不确定10.1C支持什么,我的11.0文档说OE支持:
• DES — Data Encryption Standard
• DES3 — Triple DES
• AES — Advanced Encryption Standard
• RC4 — Also known as ARC4
