JSF-自定义NavigationHandler结果值无效

自JSF 2以来，NavigationHandler已被ConfigurableNavigationHandler所取代。所有特定于JSF 2的标签/组件（如<h:link>等）都依赖于它。NavigationHandler是为了向后兼容而保留的。
