我假设你的根pom.xml是一个聚合器，<modules>由module1、module2和report-aggregate组成。这就是你麻烦的原因：因为你的根pom.xml是一个聚合器，它会在你的子模块之前运行JaCoCo，所以你的最终报告是空的。您应该：

• 将jacoco-maven-plugin的目标report-aggregate的配置从根 POM 移动到report-aggregatePOM。这应该可以解决问题，因为您的report-aggregatePOM 使用<dependencies>，而不是<modules>。
• 将jacoco-maven-plugin的目标prepare-agent的配置保留在根 POM 中。
