解决方案：启动netbeans，在我部署项目之前，我在我的电脑上安装了glasfish，看起来有点像这个
C： \Users\myusername\GlassFish_Server\GlassFish\bin
开始：asadmin.bat
然后在控制台中打开：启动域完成后再回到netbeans如果刷新netbeans服务器，您会看到它正在运行或者您也可以去localhost进行确认。
要阻止它：停止域
在另一台有windows7的机器上，它也运行得很好。
我认为我遇到了一些相关的问题，我认为解决方案是你必须以管理员的身份启动Netbeans，而不是Netbeans无权修改文件系统和启动glassfish服务器。（在我的案例中，Glassfish位于Program files目录下，用户管理处于启用状态）。
