Firebase推送通知不会弹出，只是显示在通知栏中

Question

我已经为FCM服务在onMessageReceived()上编写了相同的代码。但当我从服务器发出通知时，如果应用程序在后台或前台，则不会弹出任何窗口，通知直接显示为通知栏中的图标。

但当我尝试安卓版本6时，我会弹出窗口。但当我在上面6办理入住手续时，我没有得到CCD_ 2。
