JComponent不使用布局管理器，所以当你添加按钮时，它不会显示。

尝试在您的组件上使用FlowLayout。

同样，不要对你的框架使用setBounds()。您应该使用pack()，然后使用setLocationByPlatform(true)，这样帧将以其首选大小显示。

您需要为您的组件实现getPreferredSize()，这样才能正常工作。
