我仍然不知道为什么会发生这种情况，但似乎打开 Android SDK 管理器并重新安装包含错误的软件包可能会有所帮助（在我的情况下安装Android 1.5(API 3)包括 SDK 平台和 Google API），并再次运行 mvn 安装程序。
