您正在调用 LoadLibraryA ,但向其传递 UTF-16 编码数据。切换到LoadLibraryW或将模块名称转换为 ANSI。

我会做前者。以及切换到 LoadLibraryW ,您需要复制整个缓冲区。通过将两个Length(DLLPath) + 1实例替换为 SizeOf(Char)*(Length(DLLPath) + 1) 来实现这一点。

  • 使用PROCESS_ALL_ACCESS是过度的。你只需要PROCESS_CREATE_THREAD or PROCESS_QUERY_INFORMATION or PROCESS_VM_OPERATION or PROCESS_VM_WRITE or PROCESS_VM_READ.
  • GetProcAddress(hKernel, pansichar('LoadLibraryA'))中的PAnsiChar看起来不对劲。因为'LoadLibraryA'是 UTF-16 编码的。只需使用GetProcAddress(hKernel, 'LoadLibraryA').或者'LoadLibraryW'如果你沿着这条路走下去。
  • NativeUInt 用于句柄是错误的。这实际上并不重要,但您应该使用 THandle .
