使用xslt取消server.xml中的SSL配置注释

上面的xslt只适用于所有场景,除了添加新元素,当没有发现时,它是在</Service>结束标记之前添加Connector元素,但在<Service>中需要在<Engine>开始标记之前与其他Connector元素
