待处理的通知意图不起作用

我明白了! :)在广播接收器上阅读了Vogella的此页面后http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/AndroidBroadcastReceiver/article.html我将第二个类改为广播接收器。并对通知方式进行了相关更改。
