要访问REST端点，请尝试使用浏览器或HttpClient向URL发出HTTP POST请求：$http://localhost:50001/Service1.svc/webHttp/GetData$。当您像在代码中那样使用webHttpClient对服务进行调用时，您正在发送REST端点无法处理的SOAP请求。我相信这就是为什么你的另外两个端点工作得很好，但这一个没有。
