无法迁移挂起的迁移

我将我的django项目部署到heroku，并试图迁移我的挂起的迁移，但在运行migrate命令时出现了问题。首先我进行迁移，然后开始迁移，但上面写着

您不应该远程运行makemigrations。heroku run为每个命令启动一个新的dyno，因此您创建的迁移将立即丢失。

在本地运行makemigrations命令，将它们提交到git，然后推送到heroku，它们将自动运行。
