上面使用的相同问题。如果适合您的需求，请在2019年3月8日之前安装最新版本。
安装说明建议安装预编译车轮或使用conda软件包管理器。
如果您仍然想从来源编译PYPROJ，则需要设置Proj.4（请了解Pyproj是ProJ的Python包装器）。
