pressed = ''
def buttonclick_gamescreen(event):
    global pressed
    ...
def gamescreen():
    ...

    def __init__(self, ...):
        self.pressed = ''
    def gamescreen():
        ...
    ...

或者您可以使用StringVar来跟踪该值。

问题是在检查pressed:的位置之前没有执行定义
