h:selectBooleanCheckbox valueChangeListener is not working

valueChangeListener不是客户端事件/发生。它完全是服务器端。您应该在更改值之后将表单提交给服务器端，以便调用它。

由于您显然已经使用Ajax4jsf，您可以添加一个<a4j:support> .
