Java倒计时计时器-一个接一个



我是超级菜鸟程序员。我试图使一个oid间隔计时器,用户输入回合,工作时间和休息时间。我找不到一种方法来启动下班后的休息计时器,它们同时开始运行。我该怎么做呢?
