我的猜测是,你让谷歌管理你的应用程序签名密钥,这是谷歌Play中的一个选项。因此,你为发布配置文件生成的SHA1密钥是无用的,因为谷歌在生产中用不同的密钥为你的应用程序签名。

如果是这样的话,那么你应该转到Google Play控制台->发布管理->应用程序签名,并将你在那里找到的SHA1指纹添加到Firebase中,并生成一个新的包含该密钥的Google-services.json。
