所有我发现这个错误是，如果你启动本地Azure计算模拟器与角色内缓存和没有管理权限。但是在模拟器中，一切都很好，只有在我发布到登台环境后才出现问题。(如果切换到生产，错误仍然存在)。
我使用缓存来解析/username和/countryname等路由。因此，可用的用户名和国家名称将被缓存并在数据库更改时更新。我有静态类，静态DataCache对象是在第一次请求缓存时创建的。但即使是主页也无法启动，所以在我尝试创建缓存对象之前就出现了错误。

问题是SDK 2.2和SDK 2.3冲突造成的。只需要从属性->应用程序更新Windows Azure云服务项目的SDK。那么简单。
