尽管我仍然不确定根本原因，但是我发现在与OP进行调试时，system2('pdflatex', 'foo.tex', stdout = FALSE)不起作用。我在github上的 rmarkDown 软件包中提供了修复程序，当stdout = FALSE不起作用时，该修复程序基本上落回system2('pdflatex', 'foo.tex')。似乎重定向到/dev/null在某些Windows平台上不起作用。
